I’m a wellness advocate, bodyworker, and someone who has spent years learning how to listen more deeply to the body, the nervous system, and the signals we so often override. As a single mother, a nurturer, and someone who tries to live closely with the rhythms of real life, I understand what it feels like to be capable on the outside, yet stretched, tired, and disconnected on the inside.
I created this course from my own lived experience of moving through burnout, pressure, and the constant feeling of needing to “keep up.” What I began to realise was that nothing in my life changed until I learned how to slow down, come back into my body, and start living in alignment instead of urgency. This work became less about fixing myself, and more about remembering how to live in a way that actually supports me.
This is why I created this course:
